I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Colorado since 1976. I have been a Sole Practitioner preparing individual, business, estate and trust taxes since 1985 and am a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs and the National Society of Tax Professionals. As a licensed CPA I am required to complete 80 hours of continuing education every two years including classes in ethics which I consider very important in my practice. I am a Colorado native and almost 3rd generation. I raised 4 children that now have 9 children (my grandchildren) who all reside in the Denver area.
